Quality time with family creates lasting memories, while too much screen time can take them away. Finding balance is the key! #WellnessWednesday #HealthyEtiwandaKids

Time together matters more than time on a screen. Whether it’s playing a game, reading a book, or just talking about the day, family moments help kids grow in ways no device can.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends:
Children ages 2–5 should have no more than 1 hour of screen time per day.
Older children should have consistent limits on screen use.
Let’s trade a little screen time for family time—it makes a big difference.
